  • Is there parking near the salon?

    MIDDLE LANE - Yes, it is free after 1pm on the permit holders side or you can pay to park right outside the shop.

    MYDDLETON ROAD - Yes, it is free after 12pm on Marlborough Road or you can pay to display on Myddleton Road.

  • Where is the nearest station?

    MIDDLE LANE - Finsbury Park and Turnpike Lane are the nearest underground stations. Hornsey is the nearest overground station.

    MYDDLETON ROAD - Bowes Park and Bounds Green are the nearest stations.

  • Do you do colour?

    We do colour at our Myddleton Road branch.

  • What is the difference between The Curl Bar Cut and The Curl Bar Deluxe Treatment?

    The Curl Bar Cut includes a wash, cut and style but the treatment includes a steam as well as a wash, cut and style.

  • What is the difference between The Curl Bar Cut and The Curl By Curl Cut?

    The Curl Bar Cut involves us cutting your hair when it is wet. This cut is best if you just want a trim or a small tidy up. If you want a fresh start then we also have The Big Chop service. The Curl By Curl Cut involves us cutting your hair when it is dry so we shape it according to how you wear your hair. We do not recommend booking this cut if you straighten your hair.

  • Why do I need to wash my hair prior to coming?

    We want to see your hair for how it sits naturally before your appointment begins so we get a true understanding of your curls and your concerns. Detangling 1-2 days before help us have a smooth flow of the appointment. If you have not detangled your hair 1-2 days before your appointment, we will need to charge you a detangling fee.

  • Is the deposit refundable?

    The deposit is non refundable.

  • Do you cater to Queens who wear hijabs?

    MIDDLE LANE - Yes, we have a curtain that covers the salon when you enter so that no-one outside can see you.

    MYDDLETON ROAD - Yes, we have a room that is just for you and your stylist.

  • How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

    Go to the initial confirmation you received from us and click “Cancel/ Reschedule.” It will show you different dates and times with the stylist you have chosen but you can always check in with other stylists to see their times too.

  • Which products do you use in the salon?

    Design Essentials, Pattern, Boucleme, Innersense and Trepadora. We do have a few other brands that we collaborate with which your stylist may recommend or use.

    If you have any allergies, just let us know in your booking form prior to scheduling an appointment.

  • Do you do kids hair?

    Yes, from 6 and upwards.

  • How much is a cut?

    Please familiarise yourself with the prices on the website at www.thecurlbarlondon.com/book.

  • DO YOU TAKE CARD?

    We only take card payments.
